i am the worst procrastinator ever

Here's a short list of things that are broken at my house:
1. leaky sink in kitchen
2. low hot water pressure in tub/shower
3. furnace will turn on but blower sometimes does not
4. blown outlet in kitchen
5. parts of fence leaning precariously

Many of these things have been broken or non-functional for over a year. I seriously need to find myself a handyman/plumber/electrician.
