bday redux

So my birthday? It was great. We had cake at work. I went home early. I cooked, I made cornbread (2 kinds), I straightened up the house and sat outside reading (read: talked to people on the phone). Friends came over for chili and apparently it was good because there wasn't any left over. I got some amazing and a few humorous gifts, all greatly appreciated. Now I'm ready to carry on with the wonderful task of being 36.
