Alive, no power, checking the internets from a friend's house. Power is coming back on slowly but the majority are still without. Luckily a few restaurants are open, because we're down to rice and beans, pasta and canned sauce at our place.
Let us know when you're ready to MOVE back to Michigan (snow up to your ass isn't really that bad) -- we've got a cozy little sleeping area for you in the root cellar. ;-) Seriously -- hope it gets better for you Real Soon Now. xoxo

let us know if you need a sandwich from Michigan.
Hi Ranger. Thanks for stopping by my blog. I hope you get power soon. Thankfully we have beautiful weather and it makes things a little more bearable.
Do you have gas cooking?
How neat we are such close neighbors. I'm still trying to figure out where Str8upwithatwist lives....
OMG, Ranger, I might know you! You are leasing your house, right? I was the realtor representing the landlord.
Yes, we're leasing, and our landlord is a...what can I say that wouldn't be actionable? A lawyer--that's it--he's a lawyer.

I let him go as a client and no longer represent him.
That's probably for the best. He's been a pain to deal with. While we love the house, we cannot wait for our lease to end.
He wasn't always like that. I had been his realtor for 3 years. I was so relieved after I let him go.
